Every wedding at Serenity Ranch is private, unhurried, and intentionally planned. Our packages are designed to give you flexibility, whether you’re envisioning a single unforgettable day or a full weekend surrounded by the people you love most.
The Wedding Day
Access: 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.

10:00–11:00 p.m. reserved for cleanup and departures

Exclusive use of the outdoor venue and patio for the full wedding day

Access to the house for restrooms and agreed-upon spaces for getting ready

Vendor arrival and setup

Ceremony (if held on-site)

Cleanup and guest departure from 10:00–11:00 p.m.

On-site venue representative for access, basic questions, and property oversight

Standard post-event venue cleanup (trash removal, sweeping of event areas)

The Wedding Night
Access: 9:00 a.m. (day of event) – 9:00 a.m. the following morning
Sleeps: Up to 12 guests in the house
Investment:

$3,000 for Monday–Thursday dates
What’s included:

Everything in The Wedding Day package, plus overnight access to the property

Use of the house (sleeps up to 12) into the evening and overnight (within quiet hours)

Reception and outdoor events must end by 10:00 p.m.
Option for:

A relaxed late‐night, non-amplified wind‐down inside the house within noise rules

Overnight stay for the couple and/or wedding party in designated rooms
Next‐morning access until 9:00 a.m. for:

Breakfast or coffee on the patio

Final cleanup and vendor pickup
Perfect for: Couples who want to celebrate on-site, stay overnight with their closest people, and enjoy a slower, more relaxed morning after.

Sleeps: Up to 12 guests in the house

Use of house (sleeps up to 12), patio, and outdoor venue areas for:

Friday welcome dinner, rehearsal, or casual gathering

Saturday wedding ceremony and reception

Sunday morning brunch or farewell time (within access hours)

Tables and chairs for up to 100 guests for all wedding events on-site

Flexibility to:

Set up decor and rentals on Friday

Host multiple gatherings across the weekend

Leave decor and rentals in place overnight (within your policies)
